Operator-level results. This 12 week Operator Program is unmatched , Taste and See: 

 

PROGRAM RULES

• Test a 5RM for: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press before starting.

• Add +5 lb minimum each session to every core lift.

• If you fail a set, repeat previous successful weight before advancing.

• PENALTY: If you move a day’s training, pay 50 burpees (or equivalent).

*Fuel pairing follows Operator E.A.T.S.: Easy, Moderate, Hard.

 WEEK 1 Sample Below:

MONDAY – STRENGTH (A: Squat Focus)

• Back Squat – 3x5 • Bench Press – 3x5 • Pull-Ups – 5x max Optional Advanced: Clean & Jerk – 4x3

 

TUESDAY – HYBRID OPERATOR

Crucible Circuit – 40 min continuous: • 5 Clean & Jerks (135/95 lb) • 200m Run • 12 Pull-Ups

• 20 Bag Strikes

 

WEDNESDAY – TACTICAL

Integrated Tactical Flow 5x2 min rounds: • Shadow Striking + Footwork • Dummy Drills / Weapon Grip • Kit optional

 

THURSDAY – STRENGTH (B: Deadlift Focus)

• Deadlift – 3x5 • Overhead Press – 3x5 • Romanian Deadlift – 3x8

 

FRIDAY – CONDITIONING

AMRAP 25 min: • 5 Power Cleans (135/95 lb) • 15 Air Bike Calories • 200m Run • 20 Bag Strikes

 

SATURDAY – RUCK / FIGHT/ ROW

• 6–8 mile ruck @ 45–55 lb kit Every mile: 20 Push-Ups, 20 Squats, 10 Burpees

 

SUNDAY – SABBATH / RESET

Active recovery: mobility, stretch, prayer, journaling Psalm 144 – Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle.
